This Bucks Brothers winter warmer Pomegranate and Sloe Gin combines traditional British Sloes, with the exotic Pomegranate fruit for a sweet and fragrant flavoured liqueur. We recommend pairing this fruity tipple with Champagne or Prosecco, traditional tonic, or enjoy as a hot toddy.

Straight from the Jurassic coast, this winter warmer is grounded in rich, earthy tones layering black pepper & nutmeg over notes of elderberries, blackberries & a hint of burnt orange. The warm, lingering finish is reminiscent of long evenings in front of the fire – the place where Winter Gin is best enjoyed. Add a stick of cinnamon & a twist of orange if you are feeling festive.

"Live life in colour, with our exceptional dry rosé gin ‘Rosé Sainte Marie’.

Named after the iconic ‘Sainte Marie’ lighthouse which marks the Southern entrance to the Old Port of Marseille, from where 19th century Salcombe Fruit Schooners would load citrus fruits and herbs bound for England’s ports. ‘Rosé Sainte Marie’ is inspired by the aromas, flavours and lifestyle of the South of France and is a celebration of adventure, colour, freshness and joy; capturing the vibrant spirit of the Mediterranean coast.

Distilled and crafted using the finest Macedonian juniper berries to provide structure in the background, partnered with a natural, but not overpowering soft sweetness from strawberries and angelica. Fresh citrus peels of lemon and orange which are hand peeled each day prior to distillation and combined with ten further hand sourced botanicals including lemon verbena, rose petals, orange blossom and pink peppercorns are combined to create this truly exceptional gin that is elegantly soft and smooth."

"The iconic ‘Start Point’ lighthouse marked the beginning of the 19th-century voyages of the Salcombe Fruit Schooners which carried the exotic goods, fruits and spices that inspire this gin’s signature flavour.

Distilled to the exacting one-shot London Dry method, this classic citrus led gin is elegantly smooth, distinct and complex yet extremely versatile."
£38 Dark Rum with the welcome addition of mixed spices infused with 100% British Honey from our hives. Add further fire to this unique tasting spirit by adding ginger beer for a deliciously refreshing drink.

Organic, full-flavoured Provence rosé.

Tasting Note: A classic Provence rosé, deep salmon pink in colour with full-flavoured yet nicely balanced savoury fruit - very much a food rosé.

Producer Note: Château Gairoird produces organic wines on its 45 hectare domaine just outside the village of Cuers in the Côtes de Provence AOC. Here Olivier Duffort grows numerous Provence cépages including Grenache, Cinsault, Rolle, Syrah and Tibouren on typical Provence terroir; well draining, stony limestone-clay soil - gravoches - which is perfect for classic Provence rosé. Harvested by night to make this rosé de presse, the juice is cool-fermented for 2-3 weeks in stainless steel tanks, then stays on its fine lees until bottling in January. Côtes de Provence rosé is all about the blend and up to 10 other varieties in tiny proportions go into this wine.

Tasting Note: A powerful, rich and dynamic wine with layers of ripe dark fruit, plums and raisin flavours supported by wellintegrated tannins and bags of complexity. The finish is clean, long and balanced and resonant.
